  • red wine vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • honey
  • dijon mustard
  • dried oregano
  • garlic
  • salt & pepper

Ingredient Substitutions

Olive oil – I prefer to use olive oil in this recipe but you could also use avocado oil if you like.

Honey – swap the honey for maple syrup if you prefer.

Mustard – I sometimes use whole grain dijon mustard in this recipe and it’s also delicious!

How to Make This Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

Step One: Add all of the dressing ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor.

Step Two: Pulse or blend until well combined and the dressing is smooth and creamy.

Step Three: Store the dressing an air-tight container in the fridge.

How Store

You can store the caesar dressing in an air-tight container in the fridge for 5-7 days. I love using a mason jar with a lid for storage.
