Description

This simple Greek Salad Dressing is so easy to make and the perfect flavorful salad dressing for almost any salad! You’ll never want to buy dressing after making this homemade version.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced or pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse or blend until well combined and the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  3. Store the dressing an air-tight container in the fridge.
