Tahini Caesar Ingredients

Greek Yogurt: I prefer to use whole milk yogurt for this recipe but low-fat and non-fat will both work.

Tahini: If you’ve never tried tahini before then this is a great first recipe to try! Tahini is a smooth condiment made from toasted ground hulled sesame seeds. It has the consistency of a smooth and drippy nut butter.

Water: You’ll need just a bit to help thin out the dressing.

Garlic: Fresh garlic helps to give the dressing the best flavor.

Lemon Juice: You’ll need the juice of one fresh lemon.

Worcestershire Sauce: This is a key ingredient in Caesar dressing. The flavor is savory, sweet, and has a bit of tang from the vinegar used to make the sauce.

Dijon Mustard: I like to add a little dijon mustard to help emulsify all of the ingredients and give the dressing some extra flavor.

Parmesan Cheese: A must have in Caesar dressing! Plenty of grated parmesan thicken the dressing while also adding a bit of that salty, nutty flavor.

Salt & Pepper: Add salt to suit your tastebuds and plenty of fresh cracked black pepper.
