Step One: Add all of the dressing ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor.
Step Two: Pulse or blend until well combined and the vinaigrette is smooth and creamy.
Step Three: Store the dressing an air-tight container in the fridge.
You can store the apple cider vinaigrette in an air-tight container in the fridge for 7-10 days. I love using a mason jar with a lid for storage. Because the base of the dressing olive oil, it may thicken or harden when placed in the fridge. Just let the vinaigrette sit out for a few minutes before using.
