Recipe Ingredients

Lemon Juice and Zest: This adds the perfect delicious brightness to the dressing.

Olive Oil: Forms the base of the dressing. Be sure to use a high-quality olive oil that you really enjoy the taste of for this recipe.

Dijon Mustard: I like to include a little Dijon mustard to emulsify the ingredients and add some delicious flavor.

Honey: For the perfect amount of sweetness. Feel free to substitute maple syrup if that’s what you prefer.

Salt & Pepper: Add salt to suit your tastebuds and plenty of fresh cracked black pepper.

Poppy seeds: The star of the show! These add a slightly nutty taste and a bit of texture.
