Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a small mixing bowl or mason jar with a lid.
  2. Whisk or shake the ingredients together until well combined, smooth, and creamy.
  3. Store in an air-tight container.
