Lemon Juice: fresh lemon juice is another way to add a bit of brightness to the dressing and the flavor of the lemon pairs perfectly with the herbs.

Step Two: Pulse or blend until well combined, and transfer the mixture to a bowl. 

Step Three: Cover, and chill the dressing in the fridge until you’re ready to use it!

How to Store

You can store this dressing in an air-tight container in the fridge for 5 to 7 days. I love using a mason jar with a lid for storage.

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
