This Greek Yogurt Dressing is creamy, tangy, and so delicious. Made in a blender or food processor, it comes together in minutes and is the perfect way to add some flavor to a salad or serve on the side as delicious dip.

- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Pulse or blend until well combined and then transfer to a bowl.
- Cover and set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
