Description

This Greek Yogurt Dressing is creamy, tangy, and so delicious. Made in a blender or food processor, it comes together in minutes and is the perfect way to add some flavor to a salad or serve on the side as delicious dip. 


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse or blend until well combined and then transfer to a bowl.
  3. Cover and set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
