Notes on the Recipe Ingredients
- Strawberry Jam: you can use homemade or store-bought strawberry jam for this recipe.
- Coffee: use espresso or strongly brewed coffee.
- Oat Milk: to keep this latte dairy-free, use your favorite non-dairy milk. My personal favorite is oat milk, but you could also use almond milk or cashew milk.
- Creamy Peanut Butter: use homemade peanut butter or a creamy store-bought variety.

How to Make a Homemade Peanut Butter Latte
- Prep the glass. Add strawberry jam to the bottom of a glass, and fill the glass with ice.
- Blend. Pulse the oat milk and peanut butter in a blender until smooth.
- Serve. Pour the milk into the glass, and top it with espresso (or coffee). Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 8oz oat milk
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Add the strawberry jam to the bottom of a glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the oat milk and peanut butter to high powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the milk over the ice and then top with the espresso. Enjoy!
