Recipe Ingredients
Olive oil: this forms the base of the dressing. Choose a high-quality olive oil that you love the taste of.
Balsamic: the star of the show! This adds a punchy, tart, slightly sweet taste.
Honey: we use this to enhance the sweetness of the balsamic. Maple syrup will also work if that’s what you prefer.
Dijon mustard: I like to use whole grain Dijon, but regular Dijon will also work.
Garlic: use whole garlic cloves, not pre-minced varieties for the best flavor.

Step One: Add all the dressing ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor.
