Recipe Ingredients

Peaches: look for peaches that have a slight “give” to them with squeezed to know that they’re ripe. No need to peel them!

Almond flour: instead of regular flour, this recipe uses almond flour to create a crisp topping while keeping things completely gluten-free. I like to use finely ground blanched almond flour for this recipe.

Old-Fashioned Oats: if you have a gluten allergy or intolerance, be sure to use certified gluten-free oats.

Cinnamon: a must-have ingredient! The warm flavor works so well with the sweetness of the peaches.

Light brown sugar: gives the crisp topping just the right amount of sweetness.

Butter: to create a classic crisp topping, this recipe uses unsalted butter.

Recipe Variations

  • Almond Flour – if you need to keep this recipe nut free swap the almond flour for all-purpose flour!
  • Brown Sugar – you can swap the light brown sugar for dark brown sugar if that’s all you have or coconut sugar if you prefer.
  • Butter – if you need to keep this recipe dairy free you can swap the regular butter for vegan butter or coconut oil.
