Need help deciding what to make this week? Iโve put together a downloadable weekly meal plan and grocery list with delicious and easy recipes just for you!
A Little Help with Your Weekly Meal Plan
One of the most common requests I get from yโall is for meal plans and grocery lists. Believe me, I get it. Iโm an avid meal planner and love how much it helps me throughout the week.
I think everyone could use a little extra support when it comes to eating well. We are all busy doing what can feel like a billion things during the week, and if we donโt plan, eating balanced meals can easily be put on the back burner. Following a meal plan takes away the stress of trying to figure out what to make for dinner each night. It can also help to cut down on food waste and save both time and money.
This meal plan includes links to 5 easy dinner recipes, plus a snack or treat, and a grocery list to make shopping a breeze. In addition to the weekly meal plan recipes, Iโve also included โadd on recipesโ to help you customize your meal plan even more!
Monday:ย Slow Cooker Italian Beef
Tuesday: Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Soup
Wednesday:ย Garlic Butter Salmon
Thursday:ย Greek Turkey Burgers
Friday:ย Taco Stuffed Peppers
Saturday:ย Gooey Salted Grain Free Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Ashlea – Any chance you’ll ever come out with a cookbook? I have loved the recipes of yours that I’ve tried, but my kitchen is a complete mess with all the recipes that I’ve printed or cut out of mags/newspapers through the years that I just cannot figure out how to organize. I really love the cookbooks that I’m often going back to (Ina Garten, Mad Hungry, etc.) and if you had one, I’d DEFINITELY get a copy for me (and my sisters and mom)!
Thanks!
Kate
