A Few Simple Ingredients

Planet Oat Vanilla Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert: the base of these delicious orange creamsicles is Planet Oat Vanilla Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert. It is completely dairy free, has the most delicious vanilla flavor, and helps to give these creamsicles that perfect rich, creamy texture that we all know and love.

Orange Juice Concentrate: another key component to these creamsicles is orange juice concentrate. Juice concentrates have all of the water removed which helps to ensure the creamsicles turn out creamy instead of icy. This also gives the popsicles that intense orange flavor.

Vanilla Extract: for even more rich vanilla flavor.

Full Fat Coconut Cream: this gives the popsicles another touch of creaminess and the flavor pairs perfectly with the vanilla and orange. If you cannot tolerate coconut

Honey: feel free to use pure maple syrup if you prefer!

Orange Zest: to ensure we really get that delicious orange flavor, these popsicles get a hefty pinch of orange zest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use coconut cream?

Full fat canned coconut cream adds an extra level of creaminess to these popsicles that really helps to give the popsicles that traditional creamsicle texture. However, if you have a coconut allergy, you can easily use Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oatmilk instead!

Can I substitute another fruit concentrate for the orange concentrate?

Yes! You can easily swap the orange juice concentrate for any juice concentrate of your choice. Limeade or lemonade concentrates could be a delicious choice. Just be sure to taste the mixture before freezing and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed.

Can I double the recipe?

Yes! This recipe makes roughly ten popsicles but feel free to double the recipe if you need to make extra!

How to Easily Release the Popsicles from the Mold

If you are having a bit of trouble releasing the popsicles from their mold, try running them under warm water for a few seconds to make the popsicles easier to release and remove them from the mold.

How to Store Your Popsicles

The easiest way to store these popsicles is to keep them in their molds. However, you could also remove all of the popsicles from their molds and then transfer them to a freezer safe storage bag or container. When you are ready to eat, just grab a popsicle from the freezer and enjoy!
