Ingredients
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups shredded kale
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
Instructions
- Add the greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, celery seed, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
- Next, add the kale, carrot, and red cabbage. Toss until everything is well combined.
- Set aside in the fridge until you’re ready to serve and enjoy!
