These Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect treat! They’re made with real food ingredients and sweetened with all natural coconut sugar for a healthier spin on everyone’s favorite cookie.
FLOURLESS FUDGY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. I want to make these again and again and again.
These chocolate chip cookies are a delicious grain and gluten-free twist on everyone’s favorite classic cookie. The base of these cookies is creamy almond or cashew butter instead of flour which makes them deliciously fudgy. They’re also sweetened with coconut sugar instead of regular refined white sugar. Coconut sugar is lower on the glycemic index and a more real food source of sugar.
At the end of the day, a cookie is still a cookie – so you can’t eat a dozen at a time, no matter how healthy they are. But, you can definitely feel better about eating one of these as a treat!
I love keeping the leftover cookies in the freezer for those nights when you need a late night treat!
