The creamy and delicious Yogurt Fruit Dip is protein packed, easy to make, and the perfect healthy snack!

  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop plain protein or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup creamy all-natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For Serving

  • fresh strawberries
  • red and green apple slices
  • grapes
  • sliced bananas
  • blackberries
  • pretzel twists

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together until well combined and the dip is smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
