This delicious Whipped Feta Dip is the perfect appetizer for both a special party or afternoon snack. It’s creamy, so easy to make, and has the best flavor.

- 8 ounce feta, crumbled
- 3/4 cup whole milk yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus a drizzle for the top
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- pinch of salt and pepper, plus more to taste
- red pepper flakes, for garnish
- fresh mint and parsley, for garnish
- chopped pistachios, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or platter and top with a drizzle of olive oil, red pepper flakes, fresh herbs, and chopped pistachios.
- Serve with pita, olives, and fresh veggies.
