Description

This delicious Whipped Feta Dip is the perfect appetizer for both a special party or afternoon snack. It’s creamy, so easy to make, and has the best flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounce feta, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus a drizzle for the top
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • pinch of salt and pepper, plus more to taste
  • red pepper flakes, for garnish
  • fresh mint and parsley, for garnish
  • chopped pistachios, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Add the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or platter and top with a drizzle of olive oil, red pepper flakes, fresh herbs, and chopped pistachios.
  4. Serve with pita, olives, and fresh veggies.
