Description

This creamy Smoked Salmon Dip recipe is full of savory smoked salmon, refreshing herbs, and lemon juice and packs a kick with red onion and capers. It’s so easy to make and the perfect to serve as an appetizer or snack!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 4 oz cold smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus more for serving
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • chopped chives, for serving


Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, greek yogurt, red onion, lemon juice and zest, and capers to food processor. Pulse until everything is well combined. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.
  2. Next, add the chopped salmon and fresh dill to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy with crackers and veggies!
