Description

This delicious green smoothie recipe is packed with flavor from tropical fruits, healthy fats thanks to avocado, and could not be any easier to make. The addition of fresh spinach helps to add in even more nutrition and makes this a great recipe to kick off your day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches slices
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 inch knob of peeled ginger
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)


Instructions
