Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches slices
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 inch knob of peeled ginger
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
