Description

This Tahini Yogurt Sauce is made with just a few simple ingredients, so easy to make, and can add so much flavor to just about anything. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced or pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • 23 tablespoons water, plus more to thin if needed 

Instructions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt and tahini to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined. 
  2. Next, add the lemon juice, water, garlic, and salt and whisk again until smooth. Add more salt or lemon juice to taste or more water to thin if needed.
