Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • optional additions: protein powder, collagen, nut butter, chia seeds, hemp hearts

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy
