Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey
- optional additions: protein powder, collagen, nut butter, chia seeds, hemp hearts
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy and then serve!
