Description

This Simple Stir Fry Sauce is exactly what you need to make a quick and easy stir fry at home. My recipe is slightly sweet, savory, tangy, and subtly spicy for just a little kick but you can adjust the ingredients to your liking. Once you know how to make this all-purpose sauce you’ll be able to get an easy stir fry on the table in minutes!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced, grated, or crushed
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated or crushed
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add all of the stir fry sauce ingredients to a small mixing bowl or mason jar. Whisk or shake the ingredients until well combined.
