Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16oz shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion, plus more for garnish

Method

  1. Add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, celery seed, and dijon mustard to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together until everything is well combined.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and sliced green onion to the mixing bowl and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
