This homemade Pumpkin Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso is going to be your new favorite fall drink. Made with espresso, pure pumpkin purée, brown sugar simple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice, it’s sweet, spiced, and perfectly cozy!

- 2 shots espresso or 3-4 ounce strong cold brew
- 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar simple syrup, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for the top
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup oat milk
Instructions
- Add the espresso shots or coffee, pumpkin puree, brown sugar simple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a mason jar with lid or cocktail shaker. Shake the mixture for 20 seconds until well combined.
- Pour the espresso mixture in a glass over ice.
- Top the drink with oat milk and then finish with a dusting of pumpkin pie spice on top. Enjoy!
