This delicious Piña Colada Smoothie is so easy to make and is inspired by the delicious flavors of the traditional frozen cocktail.


  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • shredded coconut, for serving


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender.
  2. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Add a bit more coconut milk if needed.
