Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 medjool date, soaked and softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy all-natural peanut butter

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend everything until smooth and creamy. You can add a bit more liquid if needed.
