Description

This easy Matcha Chia Pudding recipe is packed with fiber and omega-3 fats, but tastes like a creamy matcha latte! The perfect grab-and-go breakfast or quick afternoon snack that will satisfy your matcha craving.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup milk (I love almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients except the chia seeds
  2. Add the chia seeds and whisk again until well combined.
  3. Pour the mix into a storage container and place it in the refrigerator. After twenty minutes, give it another stir to make sure everything is evenly combined.
  4. Leave the chia pudding in the fridge overnight. In the morning give it a good stir and then top it with berries, coconut, and granola or whatever toppings you love!
