Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a large roasting pan with nonstick spray or line with heavy duty foil.
Remove your ham from the packaging and discard any packaging that came with it like netting, plastic disc, etc. Rinse the ham under cold water and then pat dry and add to prepared roasting pan.
Make the Glaze: Add the glaze ingredients to a medium sauce pan and then bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the glaze simmer for 4-6 minutes or until it thickens and starts to become syrupy.
Brush half the glaze over the ham and then cover tightly with foil. Bake the ham for 10-12 minutes per pound at 350 degrees, around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
After baking, remove the ham from the oven and remove the foil. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees.
Brush the remaining glaze over the ham, being sure to get some in between the slices of ham to ensure that the ham is thoroughly covered. Return the ham to the 400 degree oven to continue to cook for 15-20 minutes or until the glaze becomes brown and caramelized. If you like, you can broil the ham for 2-3 minutes to really help the glaze caramelize.
Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest before slicing and serving with a drizzle of the pan drippings over top. Enjoy!
