- 10 oz chèvre goat cheese, room temperature
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoons honey, plus more for serving
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, plus more for serving
- pinch of salt and black pepper, plus more to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Pulse or blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with a drizzle of honey and fresh thyme.
- Serve with crostini or crackers and fresh veggies.
