Description

This easy, homemade tzatziki sauce is full of herby garlicky flavor and so simple to make! With just a few ingredients you can make a thick and creamy batch of tzatziki that will be the perfect addition to all of your Mediterranean-inspired meals!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated seedless/English cucumber, gently squeezed in a kitchen cloth to remove water
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced or pressed
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  2. Gently stir until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
