- 3/4 cup whole milk greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons water, almond milk, or dairy milk, plus more if needed
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add the greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, blue cheese, garlic, and herbs to a mixing bowl. Whisk together until well combined, mashing some of the blue cheese crumbles into the dressing as you whisk.
- If the dressing is too thick, add one tablespoon of liquid at a time and whisk again until you reach the desired consistency.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the dressing to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
