Description

This Key Lime Pie Dip is made with high-protein Greek yogurt, protein powder, fresh limes, and maple syrup. Topped with graham crackers and lime wedges, it has all the flavor of key lime pie in a better-for-you snack or dessert!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat plain greek yogurt 
  • 1 scoop plain protein or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime, plus more for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • lime slices and crushed graham crackers for garnish

For Serving

  • fresh strawberries
  • rasberries
  • sliced mango 
  • slice pineapple
  • graham crackers
  • shortbread cookies

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to medium-sized mixing bowl. 
  2. Whisk together until well combined and the dip is smooth and creamy. 
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and top with crushed graham crackers and lime slices. 
  4. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
