This Healthy 7-Layer Dip is made with protein rich black beans, a flavorful greek yogurt layer, and crunchy veggies. It’s a crowd favorite that’s perfect for your next get together!

- 16oz refried black beans
- 1 cup whole milk greek yogurt
- 3 teaspoons taco seasoning, plus more to taste
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced or grated
- 1 cup guacamole, homemade or store-bought
- 1/2 cup Mexican shredded cheese
- 1 cup pico de Gallo
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- tortilla chips, for serving
- lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Spread the refried beans in an even layer in the bottom of a 9×9 pan.
- Next, add the greek yogurt, taco seasoning, and garlic to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Spread the greek yogurt into an even layer over the refried beans.
- Next, spread the guacamole in an even layer over the yogurt.
- Top the guacamole with the shredded cheese and then sprinkle the pico over the cheese in an even layer.
- Next, finish the dip with a layer of shredded lettuce, then diced tomato, and finally chopped cilantro.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime and tortilla chips. Enjoy!
