Description

Yummy cake batter blondies that everyone can enjoy! All you need is one bowl, a few simple ingredients, and thirty minutes to make a batch of these delicious blondies. Laced with fun sprinkles and plenty of vanilla flavor, these blondies are a fun treat that are perfect for kids or the kid at heart. 


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles, plus more for the top

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk together the melted butter, eggs, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in the gluten free flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  5. Transfer the batter to a 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle extra sprinkles over the batter.
  6. Bake the blondies for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the blondies cool before slicing and enjoying!
