- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup Whole30 compliant buffalo sauce
- ½ tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ghee or butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Sliced green onion, optional
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large pot and stir.
- Heat the pot over medium heat. Bring the chicken and buffalo sauce to a simmer and then cover with a lid. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and use two forks to shred the meat. Add the meat back to the pot and stir in the buffalo sauce. Top with sliced green onion and serve however you prefer. Enjoy!
