Description

This creamy Chipotle Mayo is made with just a few simple ingredients! It’s so easy to make and the perfect condiment to add to burgers, sandwiches, and so much more!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise 
  • 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika 
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice 


Instructions

  1. Add all of the mayo ingredients to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend or pulse until smooth and creamy. 

  3. Store the mayo in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
