Description

This Dairy Free Ranch Dressing is perfect drizzled on salads, served as a dip for veggies, or even as dip for buffalo wings or potato wedges! This dressing is creamy, cool, tangy, and packed full of flavor from fresh herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Give the dressing a taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
