- 1 cup Whole30 compliant mayonnaise
- ¾ cup full fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill weed
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Give the dressing a taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
