Description

This Creamy White Bean Dip is so easy to make and the perfect appetizer or snack. Pair it with your favorite crackers and fresh veggies!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, plus more to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons water, if needed
  • chopped parsley, for serving


Instructions

  1. Add the cannellini beans, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the base of a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the dip is smooth and creamy, drizzling in 1-2 tablespoons as needed to help the dip reach your preferred consistency.
  3. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh parsley for serving.
