This Creamy White Bean Dip is so easy to make and the perfect appetizer or snack. Pair it with your favorite crackers and fresh veggies!
Ingredients

- 15 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for serving
- 1/2 tablespoon tahini
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, plus more to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons water, if needed
- chopped parsley, for serving
Instructions
- Add the cannellini beans, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the base of a food processor.
- Pulse until the dip is smooth and creamy, drizzling in 1-2 tablespoons as needed to help the dip reach your preferred consistency.
- Top with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh parsley for serving.
