This Creamy Feta Broccoli Salad comes together with crunchy broccoli, salty bacon, creamy feta, sweet Medjool dates, and roasted pistachios, all tossed in a creamy tahini dressing. My classic homemade broccoli salad is one of my favorite recipes but I love the spin this recipe gives on the classic. The combination of flavors and textures is seriously so good, and the best part is that it gets even better as it sits. Whether you serve it at cookouts, family dinners, or meal prep it for the week, this fresh, flavorful salad is always a hit!

- 24oz broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 4oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 12 medjool dates, chopped
For the Creamy Tahini Dressing
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions
- Make the Dressing: Add all of the dressing ingredients, except the water, to a small mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Next, slowly whisk in the water until smooth and creamy.
- Add the broccoli, feta, bacon, pistachios, red onion, and dates to a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is well combined.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste and finish with more crumbled feta. Enjoy!
