- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 12/ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic clove, smashed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Blend until everything is smooth and creamy.
- Garnish and serve with crackers and fresh veggies.
