Description

This easy Cottage Cheese Dip recipe is the perfect healthy snack or appetizer. It’s creamy, quick to make, and has the best bright and herby flavor!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, plus more for garnish
  • 2 12/ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/21 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • chopped parsley, for garnish

 


Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until everything is smooth and creamy.
  3. Garnish and serve with crackers and fresh veggies.
