Description
Crispy chicken wings are always a good idea and these Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wings have both of the bold flavors of cool ranch and spicy buffalo sauce. These wings are baked, not fried, and still perfectly crispy. They’re equally both a great weeknight dinner of the perfect game day snack or appetizer!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds split chicken wings, cleaned
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the cleaned chicken wings dry and add them to a mixing bowl.
- Season the chicken wings with dried dill, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 2 buffalo sauce, and a tablespoon of avocado oil. Toss the wings until well-coated in the oil and seasonings.
- Transfer the chicken wings to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake the wings at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until browned and crispy.
- Once the chicken wings are done, if you like, drizzle a little extra buffalo sauce on them and give them a toss. Garnish with green onions and serve while hot and crispy!
Notes
To make these wings in the air fryer, air fry them for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
