Ingredients

  • 2 pounds split chicken wings, cleaned
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Pat the cleaned chicken wings dry and add them to a mixing bowl.
  2. Season the chicken wings with dried dill, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 2 buffalo sauce, and a tablespoon of avocado oil. Toss the wings until well-coated in the oil and seasonings.
  3. Transfer the chicken wings to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake the wings at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until browned and crispy.
  4. Once the chicken wings are done, if you like, drizzle a little extra buffalo sauce on them and give them a toss. Garnish with green onions and serve while hot and crispy!

Notes

To make these wings in the air fryer, air fry them for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
