Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 large hass avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until well combined and then adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
