This delicious Apple Pie Smoothie is made with Greek yogurt, nut butter, a little maple syrup, and of course plenty of warming apple pie spices. It’s creamy, delicious, and the perfect smoothie to enjoy during the cozy fall season or all year round!

- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (plus more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- pinch of ground ginger
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Planet Oat Unsweetened Vanilla Oatmilk
- 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened and all-natural pecan butter
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
