Description

This is the Best Fruit Salad! It’s naturally sweetened, bright, refreshing, and quick to toss together for an easy side dish, snack, or dessert! 


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 9 oz blueberries
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • juice of one orange
  • juice of one lime
  • fresh chopped mint, for garnish
  • honey, optional for if your fruit is on the less sweet side

Instructions

  1. Add all of the fruit to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the orange and lime juice over the fruit and toss until well combined. Give the salad a taste and add a bit of honey if needed.
  3. Garnish the fruit salad with fresh mint before serving.
