Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cubed sweet potato (I used Stahlbush frozen sweet potatoes)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice (I used Spicewalla brand)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (plus 1/4 cup more if needed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
