Description

This delicious chai-spiced sweet potato smoothie is smooth, creamy, subtly sweet, and full of delicious masala chai spices. Not only is it delicious, it’s also packed with nutrients thanks to sweet potato!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen cubed sweet potato (I used Stahlbush frozen sweet potatoes)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice (I used Spicewalla brand)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (plus 1/4 cup more if needed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
