- black pepper
- lemon, sliced into wedges and thin slices for garnish
- fresh chopped dill, for garnish
For Serving
- simple green salad
- cooked white rice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and place in the center of the sheet pan.
- Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil on the salmon and then season liberally with kosher salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches your desired temperature. (I prefer 130-135). The amount of cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fish.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a sprinkle of fresh dill before serving.
