- 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup strong coffee or cold brew
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened and all-natural almond butter
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
