This Protein Smoothie Recipe is my go to after a tough workout or for a quick breakfast. All you need are mixed berries, bananas, creamy almond butter, Greek yogurt, and your favorite protein powder!
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup milk (non-dairy or dairy depending on preference), plus more if needed
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy and then serve!
