These no-bake Nut-Free Oatmeal Energy Balls are packed with creamy sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, oats, chia seeds, and mini chocolate chips. They’re easy make and the perfect afternoon snack!

- 1 cup creamy sunflower seed butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Add the oats, ground flax seed, chocolate chips, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt and mix until well combined and it resembles cookie dough.
- Place the “dough” in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to chill.
- Once the mix has chilled, take it out of the fridge and use a tablespoon measure or cookie scoop to scoop the dough and then form it into small balls by rolling them in between your hands.
- Enjoy! Store any leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer.
