Ingredients

  • 16oz whole milk cottage cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend, on high, until silky smooth and creamy. There should be no lumps or curds in the mixture.
  2. Transfer the ice cream mixture to a loaf pan. Then cover and freeze for 3-4 hours until set.
  3. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 20 to 30 minutes before scooping and serving with your favorite toppings.
